Common Rail Injector Tool Kit is ready to mount kit meant for all Diesel FIP Test Benches and comprises quality tools that are developed with precision and is suitable for mantling/dismantling as well as assembling/disassembling needs of common rail injectors of Bosch, Denso and Siemens make. These also feature special customized octagonal socket that allows for loosening as well as tightening needs of nozzle cap nut in Bosch CR injectors.

Further, the presence of special box spanner also makes it possible for loosening as well as tightening of grub screw of Bosch CR injectors. We also hold expertise in offering customized tools that allows for loosening as well as tightening of slotted round plates that come fixed in Siemens CR injectors.

The tool kit comprises of high quality tools manufactured with absolute precision. It consists of various tools which are suitable for mantling and dismantling / assembling and disassembling of Bosch, Denso and Siemens common rail injectors. The tool kit consists of the following:-

1. Bosch CR injector valve ball reseating lapping tool
2. Special customized octagonal socket for loosening and tightening the nozzle cap nut in Bosch CR injectors.
3. Special box spanner suitable for loosening and tightening the grub screw of Bosch CR injectors.
4. Special customized tool for loosening and tightening slotted round plate fixed in Siemens CR injectors.
5. Special socket for loosening and tightening the external bolts on Siemens common rail pumps.
6. Special tool for loosening and tightening round plate (containing 4 holes) fixed on Denso CR injectors.
7. Ball Catcher Tool to hold and remove / insert steel / ceramic balls in CR injectors.
8. Hard and ground steel balls - Sizes - a) 1.3 mm Diameter  b) 1.5 mm Diameter suitable for Bosch common rail injectors. Quantity - 20 each.
9. Forceps to hold and remove / insert steel balls.

High Pressure Gauge for CR Application are the heavy duty glycerin filled dual scale pressure gauges that provide high accuracy as well as precision working with accuracy of +/- 1%. Designed for high pressure applications, these are ideally suited for meeting the needs of common rail diesel applications. The working specifications of these gauges include size/type of 6 " (150 mm), range of dual scale - 0-2100 KG/Cm Sq. and 0 - 30000 PSI equivalent to 0 - 2000 BAR, least count of 500 PSI or 25 Kg / Cm sq and accuracy of +/- 1%.

Further, these also come with connection of 1/2 " BSP (M) with mounting from direct bottom as well as warranty of one year against any manufacturing defects. These find suitability in various applications for all types of liquids including Gasoline, Diesel, water and others.

The offered installation adapter finds compatibility with Bosch Common Rail Injector parts and allows for correct installation of mentioned injectors.

Further, these also allow users to collect output as well as return / back leak of injector separately and in a proper fashion. Available in rugged construction made using special alloy steel, the kit comprises Installation Adapter, Output & return delivery adapters with support of hoses and dispensers as well as High pressure line that meets the demands of connecting injector input to fuel rail/supply source.

Used for correct installation of the mentioned injectors, the user can collect both the output and return / back leak of the injector properly and separately.

260 ml Test Tube Set of 6 For All Test Benches finds application in laboratory use as well as for meeting the requirements of mounting on diesel fuel injection pump test benches among others. Made available with Bosch in standard size of 260 ML, these are mounted on newer Bosch test benches / other test benches of all makes and feature Test Tube Lengths of 300 MM with Outer Diameter of 40 mm.

The test tubes are of excellent make and are made using Borosilicate glass that is of uniform thickness as well as comes with capability to handle high heat tolerance. Here, our expertise also lies in supplying these in different sizes as well as capacities based on client’s requirements.
