Digital Tachometer with Stroke Counter and Timer finds suitability for all types of diesel fuel injection pump test benches/stands and provide functionality as electromagnetic sensor so as to pick up pulses. Here, we can also supply these with 50 teeth gear supported by tachometer at no extra cost that can be mounted on main shaft of test bench with magnetic sensor placed at distance of 1 mm from gear for picking up pulses. Its working specifications include RPM range of 0 – 9999, timer display in fractions of second and stroke counter of 100 - 1200 strokes that can also be preset in multiples of 100. Further, the power supply works on both 110 +/- 10% V, 60 Hz (USA) or 230 +/- 10 % V, 50 Hz (UK) AC supply and can also be customized as per the requirements.

Note: We  can also supply a 50 teeth gear along with the tachometer at no extra cost which can be mounted on the main shaft of the test bench and the magnetic sensor can be placed at a distance of 1 mm from the gear to pickup pulses OR one can make 50 equidistant holes on the back of the flywheel with a depth of at least 8 mm each and then place the pin of the electromagnetic pickup at a distance of 1mm from the surface of the outer diameter of the 50 teeth gear or the face of the flywheel, whichever is applicable.

Pressing the Start button on the tachometer operates the solenoid which is fixed to the test tube console on the test bench (When one has to take delivery of pump). Pressing the button energizes the solenoid and then automatically DE energizes it after completion of pre selected strokes. Hence enabling the user to note the output delivery of pump on a test bench.

Works on both 110 +/- 10% V, 60 Hz (USA) or 230 +/- 10 % V, 50 Hz (UK) AC supply. Can be customized according to your requirement - Please leave a message after your purchase as to what you prefer. 

Note: 230 / 220 V mains supply tachometers are ready stock and would be shipped out within 2 business days, whereas 110 /120 V mains supply tachometers would be customized hence would be shipped out in 4-5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

The complete kit comprises six Bosch Injectors that come fixed to steel stand with injectors fitted with Bosch DN 12 SD 12 Nozzles that are preset at 140 Bar.

Further, these can also be modified so as to achieve results of Hartridge test bench injectors or Delphi injectors with achieved results as per ISO 4008 standards. ST 302 Ball joint vise is used to hold all kinds of fuel injection pumps, turbochargers or air compressors for dis assembly / assembly / rebuild. A suitable mounting plate must also be used to adapt the unit being rebuilt to the vise. 

We provide an excellent quality mounting plate along with the vise which enables mounting of all kinds of diesel fuel injection pumps as described above. (As shown in images 1 and 2).

Timer Travel Gauges find suitability for Bosch VE / Distributor Pumps of up to 6 cylinders. Made available in precision designed and constructed finish, these are developed using advanced technology support which makes these deliver optimum functionality support in checking movement of auto advance piston as well as for meeting the demands of adjusting position of Auto advance gauge as per defined test plan of fuel injection pump. Here, the travel is indicated on scale in mm.

Auto Advance Gauges are recognized for their precision designed finish and construction standards that make these highly suitable for meeting the demands of checking movements of advance piston in DPC Rotary Pumps. Featuring dual system of measurement allowing travel to be observed either in mm or in degrees, it comes with gauge support that assists in indicating advance piston in retard position as well. Further, these also allow adjustment of zero at required RPM as per defined test plan of Delphi through turning knob of auto advance gauge in clockwise as well as in anticlockwise direction.

• Auto advance gauge is used to check the movement of the advance piston in the DPC Rotary Pumps.
• It has a dual system of measurement, i.e., the travel can be observed either in mm or in degrees.
• This gauge indicates the advance piston in retard position as well.

Manifold Pressure Compensator ( MPC ) Unit:
Manifold Pressure Compensators features the use of 0 - 30 PSI / 0 - 2 KG/Cm sq. pressure gauge as well as valve and pipe set as per the specific requirements of involved processes. These find application in checking diaphragm leakage of Inline as well as VE distributor pumps of all makes that include Bosch / Denso and others and can also be used for checking movements of diaphragm that is used for increasing output delivery of pumps in case the vehicle is overloaded like when driving uphill. Coming with excellent quality control, we can also offer these in customer specified finishes.

Set of Six

High Pressure Pipes with Adapters for Test Benches comprise a set of six high pressure pipes with adapter support that find suitability for both 'A' type as well as 'B' type diesel fuel injection pumps. Here, the offered pipes are suitable for 'A' type pumps with nuts of ( M 12 X 1.5 ) X (M 14 X 1.5) thread support as well as in dimensions as per international Bosch standards of 6mm X 2mm X 600mm (O.D. X I.D. X L).

The offered pipes are of superior finish quality and come argon welded with hard nipple support that assists in enhancing service life span of the nipples. Further, here these need not be opened from test injector end for testing either type of pumps that safeguards nipples as well as saved from possible damages brought to male thread of test injectors.
